Tristan Bechet is a French-American music composer and producer based in Los Angeles. He has collaborated with a diverse array of filmmakers, directors, and brands, while also releasing music and performing under his artist moniker, TRZTN.
As the founder and frontman of several experimental electronic rock bands, including Flux Information Sciences, SERVICES, and Sauna Kings, Tristan has showcased his innovative sound on stages worldwide and through renowned labels like Young God Records and A Touch of Class Records.
His collaborations with acclaimed fashion film directors, such as Fabien Baron, Barnaby Roper, Nick Knight, Tim Richardson, and Mert and Marcus, have led to features in luxury brand campaigns and fashion films for Chanel, Nike, Karl Lagerfeld, Dior, Estée Lauder, and Givenchy. His work has been displayed on platforms like Nowness.com, Vogue, and The New York Times.
Tristan has also worked with artists, including Kanye West, Rihanna, Karen O (of Yeah Yeah Yeahs), and Paul Banks (of Interpol), and contributed his talents to films such as Spike Jonze’s Where the Wild Things Are. His recent original motion picture soundtrack for The Seeding was released by Sony/Milan Records.
